Romford Street Pastors and Havering Partnership win top POP prize

As part of a partnership for community safety in the London borough of Havering, Romford Street Pastors have received a Gold award at the POP (Problem Oriented Partnerships) awards, held at New Scotland Yard on 24 November.

As part of a partnership for community safety in the London borough of Havering, Romford Street Pastors have received a Gold award at the POP (Problem Oriented Partnerships) awards, held at New Scotland Yard on 24 November.

The POP awards are a collaboration between the Metropolitan Police Service, the Mayor’s Office for Policing and Crime, Transport for London and London Councils.

The annual awards ceremony is designed to promote the efforts of police, local authorities and other partners to improve safety both on the streets and while travelling.
